How to Create Eligibility Number for Applicant from outside KSA

This entry is the continuation of my previous post about "Registering to Mumaris System", In this article I will walk you through on How to Create Eligibility Numbers that you can use to apply for KSA Prometric Exam and Dataflow.

First thing first, you have to Log In to your Mumaris Account.

Fill out the "Username" using the email address that you use in registering for Mumaris.
and the "Password" and then click on "Login"

Upon entering to your account you will be then redirected to your Homepage,

Now from the E-Services, click on "Classification and Registration Services" and drop down menu will appear which are "Issuing of Eligibility Numbers" and "Activation of Eligibility Number - Outside KSA", Click on "Issuing of Eligibility Numbers"

After clicking on the "Issuing of Eligibility Numbers" the General Instruction will appear, Read the Instructions (Kunwari hehe), Then click on "Done"

You will now be redirected to this page, wherein the you have to fill out the lacking information on the "Contact Information" tab.Then after filling it out and ticking the "I clarify that my Contact Information are Correct" Click on "Next"

For the next page, answer the question "Do you have a national board or Professional Registration from your country?" of course it is applicable for us Filipino Nurses, so just choose "Yes" and Click on "New" on the Left upper corner of the Page.

After clicking on "New" your page will proceed to "Qualification Information" just fill out the necessary information Click on "Save" and "Next"

Then you will be redirected to the "Experiences" page. Just fill out the necessary information, Click on "Save" and "Next".

I'm sorry I don't have the pictures of the other pages, because of technical error. Don't you worry the next pages are very easy to navigate and self explanatory. 

Here is the sequence of the pages.

1. General Instruction

2. Practitioner Information

3. Qualifications

4. Experiences

5. Attachments

      In this page you have to upload or attach the following:

      a. Personal Photo - Passport Size ( JPEG format )

      b. Qualification Certificate - College Diploma ( PDF format )

      c.  Passport - Page with info ( PDF format )

      d. Academic Transcript / Logbook / Training Program -Transcript of Record( PDF format)

      e. Experience Certificate - Certificate of Employment ( PDF format )

6. Review Data

    After uploading all the necessary certificates and the like. You will be then redirected to the

   "Review Data" page, as what the page title is, You have to review or check (double check) all 

    the information and Attachments that you put in. If you are satisfied with what you did.Then

    click on "Submit" and "End".

  Once you clicked on the "End'' button, the system will confirm your request for the "Eligibility Numbers". You'll have to wait 3-5 days to receive your eligibility numbers. You will receive it via SMS and Email.

In my case, I requested for Eligibility Number last September 28, 2016 and I received it October 02, 2016. You will receive two Eligibility Numbers. "Exam Eligibility Number" the one that you will use for "Exam Scheduling"  and "Verification Eligibility Number" the number that you will use for "Saudi Dataflow".

Once you receive your "Eligibility Numbers". You can now proceed to exam scheduling even without starting KSA Dataflow. Goodluck and God Bless future SCFHS RN.
